4T2-Rack receiver

The 4T2-Rack receiver monitoring instrument is the off-air variant of the 4T2-Rack demodulator. The systems are offering 4 slots that can be equipped with any combination of measurement hardware based on XTASI modules. Each input is analysed by one instance of the 4T2 Content-Analyser. Remote Control is achieved by implementing the DVB-SNMP interface to ensure seamless operation with third party network management software. The instruments are prepared to be integrated into a network with a Gbit-ethernet interface. Relay contacts are available for local alarming.

The RSA-2500B-SBS is the latest Avcom product designed from the ground up with the system integrator in mind. The compact design measures 5″” x 7″” so that it can easily be integrated into another piece of equipment, inside a small satellite terminal, or as an integral part of the satellite antenna itself. The single board design requires only external +15-24VDC/9W and a wideband input signal (950 MHZ to 2150 MHz) and is available with USB, Ethernet, and Serial communication ports.

The system combines real-time measurements of RF modulation parameters (COFDM, 8VSB) with MPEG transport stream analyser functions in a robust and easy to carry instrument. The 4T2TM 2012 release integrates the latest processing platform with a 15.4″” 1400×900 screen, i7 quad-core processor, and SATA-3 SSD. All programs in the transport stream are decoded at the same time by the 4T2TM-Content-Analyser. This includes MPEG-4 H.264 high definition video material.

L-band Splitter / L-band Divider – Active

The ETL L-band Splitter or L-band Divider is available in a range of capacities. The most common are 4,8, and 16-ways but larger L-band splitters to 32 or even larger capacities are available. We produce active splitters (also known as L-band Distribution Amplifiers) and passive splitters. In general the active L-band splitters are unity gain but some (especially 4-ways) may be made with more gain. Dual redundant amplifiers and amplifier current monitoring are also available for more mission critical applications.

FlexMon DVB-T Monitoring Receiver

The FlexMon DVB-T Monitoring Digital Terrestrial Monitoring Receiver is the central part of the monitoring system. This unit receives and controls all data coming through the different unit inputs. Depending on your needs and your network set-up various input and output interfaces can be involved in the flexible monitoring strategies. In general all monitoring activities can be founded on two different sources. Transmitter RF-output, by using the internal DVB-T receivers and ASI Input stream, from distribution network to the transmitter.
