Carrier Monitoring
ETL allows the earth station operator to monitor signals at two levels – via a carrier monitor which monitors an entire series of carriers, and via an L-band channel monitor. The carrier monitoring system can be used up to 26GHz and comprises a spectrum analyser, switch and PC software which monitors selected carriers for consistency of power, carrier / noise and signal. Deviation from set levels triggers alarms and is recorded. The L-band monitor comprises multiple tuners and monitors Bit Error rate, and signal level on up to 16 carriers simultaneously.
New customisable 64 x 64 Hurricane Matrix / Router
The new 64 x 64 Hurricane Matrix is the smallest matrix of its kind in the market with inclusive LNB powering in a 4U compact, modular chassis. Hurricane’s flexible design offers optimised performance and a range of individual options to suit a particular set of RF needs, such as fibre inputs, variable gain and variable slope.
RF Over Fibre Optic Link
ETL’s RF over Fibre products have been designed to be compact and offer excellent value for money. StingRay inter facility links (IFL) transmit and receive L-band and broadband signals over single mode fibre from a satellite antenna to reception equipment up to 10 km away, with options for distances up to 35 km.
Range incl: SRY-C100, SRY-C101, SRY-C102
RF Detection
RF Detection Model 22302-DET10-xxxx
Modular RF Detection System – The modular system chassis holds up to 32 hot-swap RF Detection modules and also benefits from hot-swap dual redundant power supplies and CPU module.

Fibre Optical Link
A compact Fibre Optic Link which can contain 1,2,3, or 4 either TX or RX fibre to L-band converters (or combination of TX and RX) as well as dual redundant power supplies. 1RU housing offers very compact solution for smaller installations. The 2800 series can be fitted with a range of different fibre optic converter modules, depending upon the IFL distance and the application (downlink vs uplink) including a high dynamic range module which is recommended for uplinks as well as stronger downlink signals as it incorporates a superior laser.
Fibre Optic Link / IFL 2800 – L-band Quad Rx, Fibre Optic Link / IFL 2801 – L-band Quad Tx, Fibre Optic Link / IFL 2802 – L-band Triple Rx, Fibre Optic Link / IFL 2803 – L-band Triple Tx, Fibre Optic Link / IFL 2804 – L-band Dual Rx, Fibre Optic Link / IFL 2805- L-band Dual Tx, Fibre Optic Link / IFL 2806 – L-band Single Rx, Fibre Optic Link / IFL 2807 – L-band Dual Tx, Fibre Optic Link / IFL 2808 – L-band Hybrid (Tx/Rx)

Remote Controllers
Remote Controller – NiGMa Matrix Model NGMXY-01
The ETL NiGMa matrix XY Controller is designed to control the range of ETL NiGMa switch matrix (router) systems. The unit benefits from dual redundant power supplies and provides local control via rotary controls, keypads and display, and remote control via an RJ45 Ethernet port. Each destination and source available on the NiGMa matrix can be enabled or disabled for use by the XY controller via a web browser interface

Matrix/Routers
L-band Matrix / L-band Router
ETL has a broad L-band Switch Matrix and L-band Router range for Satellite communications, including the hot-swap NiGMa L-band Matrix which is used for many high resilience high performance applications and smaller more application-specific L-band Routers which are used in cruise ships, broadcast relay stations, and smaller broadcast functions.

Splitter / Dividers
L-band Splitter / L-band Divider – Active
The ETL L-band Splitter or L-band Divider is available in a range of capacities. The most common are 4,8, and 16-ways but larger L-band splitters to 32 or even larger capacities are available. We produce active splitters (also known as L-band Distribution Amplifiers) and passive splitters. In general the active L-band splitters are unity gain but some (especially 4-ways) may be made with more gain. Dual redundant amplifiers and amplifier current monitoring are also available for more mission critical applications.
