The following RF signal distribution products will be available for demo at CommunicAsia:

128 x 128 Vulcan L-band Matrix
For high capacity L-band signal routing  with up to 128 inputs x 128 outputs in a compact 16U high chassis.  Reliability in service  with dual redundant and hot-swap CPU and PSU modules and hot-swap RF cards and fans. With continuous monitoring and reporting of all active components. RF signal monitoring and conditioning with variable gain on input signals.


16 x 16 Victor IF / L-band Matrix
For smaller capacity routing of IF/L-band signals with up to 16 inputs x 16 outputs in a compact 1U high chassis. Signal strength monitoring and input signal balancing is provided via RF detection and variable gain. Integrated LNB powering is available as an option, as well as a software enabled expansion option, allowing the user to expand the matrix in single steps without sending it back to ETL’s factory.


Dextra L-band Splitters & Combiners
For high resilience L-band signal distribution. Dextra splitters and combiners are available as 4-way, 8-way and 16-way options in single and dual configurations. High resilience is offered by a dual redundant amplifier option and extensive remote control and monitoring facilities. Housed in a compact 1U high chassis.  with integrated LNB powering (on splitter) and a 10MHz pass option.


StingRay RF over Fibre range
For transmitting RF signals across site with low signal loss. StingRay indoor and outdoor RF over Fibre links transmit and receive L-band and broadband signals over single mode fibre from a satellite antenna to reception equipment up to 10 km away, with options for distances up to 35 km. Our ultra-compact 1U and 2U chassis options provide resilience with dual redundant, hot-swap power supplies and fibre modules.


Variable Gain Alto Line Amplifiers
To compensate for signal loss in an RF chain. Alto amplifiers provide flexibility in allowing for the control of a variety of signal feeds, with a range of variable gain, AGC (automatic gain control) and redundant amplifier options.  Compact, modular hot-swap chassis options provide peace of mind with dual redundant, hot-swap power supplies and amp modules, with control and monitoring facilities.

For space saving in smaller installations.
Our RF signal handling components include active and passive units, ranging from splitters and combiners to Bias Tees and amplifiers. Our new wideband passive splitters and combiners and stand-alone RF over Fibre module will be on show at this year’s CommunicAsia.
