ETL launches StingRay – New RF over Fibre StingRay series.
We have launched StingRay, a revolutionary design for RF over Fibre which provides a unique design for high isolation applications benefits from excellent RF performance as well as advanced functionality.
We are excited to announce the launch of StingRay, the most compact RF over fibre transmit and receive equipment on the market. StingRay is a high density rack mountable shelf which can accommodate up to 16 transmit or receive modules in a 1U chassis, and up to 32 transmit or receive modules in a 2U chassis.
StingRay is a highly resilient solution and is the first fibre unit to introduce hot swap power supply units in a 1U chassis. The range also features hot-swap fibre modules and built in hot-swap fans, offering improved reliability and minimising the risk of expensive downtime for the satcom user. StingRay also features local and remote control for ease of use.
